Fruitful Firms collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, discuss potential work, provide services, administer client relationships and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we may receive your name, email address, business name and the information you choose to share about your business or workflow. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, health information or other highly sensitive data through the public contact form.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, assess whether Fruitful Firms may be able to help, prepare proposals or scopes of work, and maintain normal business records. It is not sold to advertisers.
Website analytics
Fruitful Firms uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is found and used, including page visits, referral sources, device or browser information and broad usage patterns. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. Analytics information is used to improve the website and understand whether marketing and enquiry paths are working.
Service providers
Email delivery may be processed by Resend, analytics may be processed by Google and Vercel, and website hosting or infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Additional providers may be used for a client project only when appropriate to the agreed work.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, normal business recordkeeping, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held through an enquiry, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements, by emailing hello@fruitfulfig.ca.

This website provides general information about Fruitful Firms and its services. Nothing on the website is a binding quote, guarantee of savings, guarantee of results, or professional legal, tax, accounting or cybersecurity advice.
Project work
Any paid work begins only after the scope, responsibilities, pricing and other applicable terms have been agreed. A proposal, statement of work, invoice or separate agreement may contain additional or different terms for a specific project.
Examples and outcomes
Examples on the site illustrate the kinds of workflow problems systems can address. They are not promises that a particular business will achieve the same result. Actual outcomes depend on the existing process, data, software, people and implementation.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing for client work, website copy, branding and original site materials belong to Fruitful Fig. Ownership and licensing for custom systems are handled in the applicable project agreement.
